AIRCRAFT STORAGE

Thank you for your interest in aircraft storage. Requests are processed in the order that they are approved. All paperwork and fees must be delivered to the Administration Offices for approval. Those customers who wish to store their aircraft immediately will be placed on Remain Overnight (RON) and charged the nightly rate until approved. *Please note that we are currently not accepting any new tiedown customers. Any customer requesting to base a new aircraft at our airport will be put on a wait list. We will be re-evaluating tiedown space in the spring of 2022. For questions, or to be placed on the tiedown wait list, please contact our Administrative Offices.*

Conventional Hangar The following is a list of requirements for aircraft storage (HIC (Conventional), T-Hangar, and Tie-Down) at the Concord-Padgett Regional Airport:

Insurance Certificate listing the City of Concord as additional insured
Copy of Aircraft(s) Registration
Permit Form completely filled out
Security Deposit equal to One Month's Rent
First Month's Rent

Each customer will receive a copy of our Rules and Regulations. Customers may review the customer service copy prior to submitting applications for approval. Please contact our Administrative Offices if you have any questions.

Tenant FAQs

I need to update my contact information, credit card information, etc. that is on file for my aircraft. Who do I contact?

You can contact either Brooke Nance, 704-920-5916, nanceb@concordnc.gov or Cindy Moylan, 704-920-5932, moylanc@concordnc.gov to update your airport account information.

I just bought a new plane and want to base it in Concord, what do I do?

You will need to fill out an aircraft storage agreement, which you can find here.

You will also need to provide us with a copy of your insurance listing the City of Concord as an additional insured as follows:

Next, we will need a copy of the aircraft registration or other means of proof of ownership.

Please contact accounting to set up a means of payment. You can place a card on file for monthly billing and/or fuel billing.
