All Aviation Department rates, fees, and charges at Concord-Padgett Regional Airport are set and adopted by City of Concord City Council at least annually as part of the City of Concord budget process.

Airport Fees and Charges
Transient aircraft are charged landing fees based on the size of their aircraft and broken down into six categories. There are no landing fee waivers (excluding Category 1 aircraft) due to the need to recover airfield maintenance costs.
There are also charges for aircraft parked overnight at the airport dependent on aircraft size and where they are parked. The first overnight ramp fee can be waived with a minimum fuel purchase based on the aircraft size and category.
We also offer overnight climate controlled hangar space in one of several large hangars. Hangaring is based on space available, on a first come first served basis. Rates are set by the size of an aircraft in six categories.
